Rules & Guidelines

• Players must arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match unless otherwise stated.
• Walkovers may be awarded if a player or team fails to report within the grace period announced by officials.
• Match schedules, courts, and order of play are subject to change; check official notice boards or the event app.
• Appropriate sports attire and non-marking footwear are required where the venue or sport demands it.
• Jewellery, watches, or accessories that may cause injury must be removed before play.
• Participants bring their own equipment unless the event explicitly provides shared or rental gear.
• Only equipment approved for the discipline (e.g. racket, ball type, protective gear) may be used.
• Fair play is mandatory: abusive language, intimidation, or deliberate dangerous play may result in disqualification.
