Rules & Guidelines
- Participants must carry a valid government-issued photo ID for age and identity verification.
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable) and within the published deadline.
- Late entries may be accepted only at the organizer’s discretion and subject to availability.
- Participants are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted during registration.
- The organizer reserves the right to reject or cancel entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or breach these rules.
- Players must arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match unless otherwise stated.
- Walkovers may be awarded if a player or team fails to report within the grace period announced by officials.
- Match schedules, courts, and order of play are subject to change; check official notice boards or the event app.
- Appropriate sports attire and non-marking footwear are required where the venue or sport demands it.
- Jewellery, watches, or accessories that may cause injury must be removed before play.
- Participants bring their own equipment unless the event explicitly provides shared or rental gear.
- Only equipment approved for the discipline (e.g. racket, ball type, protective gear) may be used.
- Fair play is mandatory: abusive language, intimidation, or deliberate dangerous play may result in disqualification.
- Decisions of on-court officials and referees are final for matters within their jurisdiction.
- Protests or appeals must follow the procedure and time limits published for this event.
- Substitutions, if allowed, follow the format rules published for each category.
- Format (e.g. knockout, league, round-robin) and tie-break rules are as published for each category.
- Age categories are determined as of the published cut-off date; proof may be required.
- Mixed or open categories, if offered, follow the definitions and eligibility rules published for this event.
- Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions or injuries that affect safe participation.
- First aid will be available at the venue; serious incidents will be referred to emergency services.
- Play may be suspended or cancelled for weather, safety, or force majeure; refunds follow the published policy.
- Alcohol, illegal substances, and smoking are prohibited in competition and warm-up areas unless the venue permits otherwise in designated zones.
- Doping is prohibited; applicable anti-doping rules and testing may apply for affiliated competitions.
- Photography and video for personal use may be restricted in certain areas; commercial use requires organizer consent.
- Personal data collected for this event will be used only for event operations and as stated in the privacy notice.
- Minors must have consent from a parent or guardian where required by law or organizer policy.
- Pets (except assistance animals) are not allowed in competition areas unless the venue permits.
- Lost property should be reported to the help desk; the organizer is not liable for unattended belongings.
- Parking and venue access follow venue rules; vehicles are parked at owners’ risk.
- Prize distribution, trophies, and certificates follow the schedule and criteria published for each category.
- Minimum 16 entries for cash prize.
- Taxes or statutory deductions on prizes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner as per law.
- Umpire decision is final.
- Entry fee won't be refunded.
- Cancellation or withdrawal refunds (if any) follow the refund policy published at registration.
- The organizer may amend these guidelines for operational or safety reasons; updates will be communicated via official channels.
- By participating, athletes confirm they understand the risks of sport and accept responsibility for their fitness to compete.
- Team captains or named contacts are responsible for communication with the organizer for their squad.
- Respect staff, volunteers, opponents, and spectators; unsporting behaviour may lead to removal from the venue.
