Rules & Guidelines

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable) and within the published deadline.
• Late entries may be accepted only at the organizer’s discretion and subject to availability.
• Participants are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted during registration.
• The organizer reserves the right to reject or cancel entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or breach these rules.
• Players must arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match unless otherwise stated.
• Match schedules, courts, and order of play are subject to change; check official notice boards or the event app.
• Appropriate sports attire and non-marking footwear are required where the venue or sport demands it.
• Jewellery, watches, or accessories that may cause injury must be removed before play.
• Participants bring their own equipment unless the event explicitly provides shared or rental gear.
• Fair play is mandatory: abusive language, intimidation, or deliberate dangerous play may result in disqualification.
• Substitutions, if allowed, follow the format rules published for each category.
• Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions or injuries that affect safe participation.
• First aid will be available at the venue; serious incidents will be referred to emergency services.
• Play may be suspended or cancelled for weather, safety, or force majeure; refunds follow the published policy.
• Parking and venue access follow venue rules; vehicles are parked at owners’ risk.
